I was just tailgated by your ambulance M-53. No lights or anyone one needing help, but apparently me going 12 over the speed limit was not enough for the man driving. We were going the same direction for over 16 miles and I was constantly 10-12 miles over the posted limit and he was still getting away from me. I understand going that fast if someone was getting to the hospital or to someone, but that was not the case.

Adams Life Link transported a family member two hours to get us back to a facility near our home. They were very courteous, professional and made us feel very much at ease. They worked to accommodate us at the last minute and kept me informed of their arrival time. Thank you to them for help at a very stressful time.

If I could give 0 stars, I would, simply for the rudeness of their dispatcher/receptionist/whomever she is that answers the phone. Also, you cannot use this service, unless being transported from a facility. They do not do home transport. That's fine, but she was extremely rude with her one-word replies to my questions.

Got tailgated on 9 about 430 on Nov 5. Terrible drivers. Very aggressive for no reason. Hope I never need transport from them.
