It was very clear they were in a hurry and quality work was not at the forefront of their minds. They pushed snow up against buildings (and gas lines) instead of back dragging, tore up the lawn because they drove the plow truck up the sidewalk instead of shoveling, and more. Owner argued that they don't back drag, I'm assuming because they do not have the proper equipment. He came in the middle of the night to clear the streets so that I could safely return home, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance. He provided this service at no cost, and I truly thank God for him. If you require any services, I highly recommend reaching out to him
Terrible job plowing. Absolutely do not recommend unless you're looking for a QUICK, lazy job.
I really love that they showed up in the beginning- but towards the end of our services, we had to call and BEG for them to show up, if they even did, and I would walk out to a really unprofessional job done. This year, we called to see if they would help us again--even offering them an out, telling them we'd find other services if they could no longer help us. Ghosted. Pretty rude for a "business."
