Unresponsive and unprofessional. I submitted a complaint to the BBB regarding a property managed by Adams Lasalle Realty, Wynnewood at Wortham, in September of 2024. After a very challenging experience in an unlivable apartment, I had to break my lease early. Over nine months later, I’ve received a response from Adams Lasalle to my BBB complaint with only the results of my moving out. They have Dobermans on a breed restriction list which is stupid. Honestly why don't places do Behavorial tests instead of restricting breeds. ITs not the breed but the handler of the dog that makes it mean
I stay in the Wynn Wood Apartments. It is exactly hard to get anything fixed. My toilet has been broken for three weeks. Yes I have another one but I pay for two! I have been without hot water for a week. My ceiling has leaks. My air conditioner is leaking and all they say is we will send someone right over. Such a disappointment. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
Rented in Little Rock. Poor management, and owners live elsewhere. If you rent from them, they are impossible to contact or get a response. Window in my bedroom leaked for a whole year- no response.
