My wife and I dropped off snake bracelet to be repaired and turn into bangle. Bracelet ended up being damaged had multiple cracks and holes. My wife showed him where cracks and holes were and requested they be fixed before accepting bracelet. After going back several times and bracelet still remained damaged with cracks and holes. Took bracelet back and it is now at another jeweler being repaired. He took beautiful bracelet and turned it into junk.

This place is horrible , I went there for a prize and I said is ok thank you and this lady I believe the wife she was rude and said to me go go she was mad that I didn't sell it to her and told me go go very rude never again.
