They completely ruined my grandma’s funeral. We weren't able to play any music or a slideshow of any of her photos. They have outdated audio visual equipment from the 90's/00's. We had to bring our own TV, at the very last moment in order to show her slideshow in the hallway, not even in the main hall. For the thousands they make on a 1 funeral they can afford to purchase a smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker for goodness sake. Change the horrid lighting too. Very professional and accommodating. Quick response time as well.
We had our baby boys service here in 2015 and it was beautiful. the owner and the employees were very helpful to everyone so thankful for everything in the most difficult time for our family. You made a difference in that moment that will forever be grateful.
They were disrespectful to my sister I made phone calls. Missed putting her name in the paper. Never got the phone call fr them !!!
