I have been having the worst experience ever. Over three weeks ago the office said that they needed to schedule a MRI. I called a few times only to be told by the front desk, that sometimes it is delayed due to insurance.... I finally get Becky, the one that schedules the MRI's, after almost two weeks of calls.
