As a loyal customer of Adams Insurance Agency for the past 12 years, I am deeply disappointed by the recent decline in service quality. Since the apparent acquisition by a new provider, I have experienced significant issues that were previously resolved promptly and efficiently. I called and spoke to Amanda Rhinehart. She was very conscientious of my time on hold and was very quick to get back to me. That's what I consider awesome customer experience!!
