Asked him to replace the duct tape with tin tape on my dryer for safety reasons and as you can see he never even bothered with the one on the dryer where it is the hottest. He also removed the rigid piece from the wall completely. I now have issues that I never had when the rigid piece was there. Edit: I have already reached out to Adam in regards to this. You know who this is. Where was the quality workmanship here? Or any accountability.

We used Adam for a few different projects around our house such as a new hot water tank and a natural gas line to our bbq. We had a very good experience with him. Good timing and great communication. Thanks Adam.
Adam is a excellent plumber! He has installed a sink, water system, and fixed a bathroom leak for us. Adam is friendly, professional, and is a perfectionist in his work. Highly recommend!
