Charles Adams is very personable. He made me feel comfortable and very clearly explained to me what to expect before, during, and after the hypnosis experience. I was a little nervous about the experience, but Charles made me feel very safe. He guided me through a very emotional yet productive hour. At the end of the session, I felt quite relaxed and at peace. If you are looking for a good hypnotherapist, I would highly recommend Charles Adams.
