If you’re looking for an attorney who truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Ryan and his office.
We did not chose this attorney office to close and would reconsider for two reasons. One they do not supply a mobile notary. They expect you to find your own. Plus if the notary isn't experienced with real estate documents, there could be issues which then could push out the closing date since you get documents 2-3 days before closing. Two, when requesting HUD-1 documents for signature, they could not utilize Adobe signature (electronic), had to be wet. Both of are issues if you're traveling or not in your home town.
