Please reconsider purchasing a home built by Adams Homes, or at the very least, make sure you obtain your own independent appraisal from an appraiser who has no affiliation with the builder. I closed on my brand-new home on January 30, 2026. During my final walkthrough with Rick, the superintendent, I tested the range by turning it on, but I did not test the oven.
