We had a real good buying experience here. No problems or hassles of any kind. People in office were very nice and professional. I’m sorry to those who had a bad experience.
Make sure you read your contracts fully and never listen to the assurances that the agent gives you. Our agent told us that not only could we get approval through their lenders (which we did, but with terms that we couldn't afford), but if we didn't buy a home we would get our $1,000 deposit back. Neither happened, and once the agent saw we would not be able to buy, cut all contact. Don't trust them if you have less than stellar credit.
