I would definitely not recommend buying a new construction home from Adams Homes! I have reached out on several occasions expressing numerous grievances about my home, yet no response going on 30 days. I filed a report with the BBB just to find out that their not even accredited through the organization. My baseboards are cracking; there are cracks traveling up my sheetrock from those cracking/separating baseboards. They poured sand on my grass (without permission) then refused to remove it.
