Very very nice homes
If you have your house built by Adams Homes make sure EVERYTHING is repaired BEFORE closing. Once you close, that whole idea of they will make repairs after you move in is not true. If you find something you didn’t catch in the walk thru. We have a closet that gets as hot as it is outside and as cold as it is outside because of a lack of insulation. For our house that was built. They said they would repair it and never did, we now have to pay money $1300 - $2700+ to add insulation so that the closet is usable. I tried to giv... read more
