My wife and I bought our first home with Adam’s homes. Specifically, Jordan, Andy and Susan have made this an easier and pleasant experience. All of our requests for repairs have been met with willingness and eagerness to help. Jordan and Andy repeatedly assured us that since we were buying a new home we deserve a NEW home and for our standards to be met and exceeded where possible. I do not like writing reviews that are good or bad. Buyers do your research and do not go to closing until everything has been corrected when dealing with Adams Homes to avoid hearing you sign a zero defect. Consider researching and going with a builder who offers a one-year punch list for their homes. This zero defect before closing by Adam is a just a tactic to avoid correcting items that will develop within the first year. Very very nice homes
If you have your house built by Adams Homes make sure EVERYTHING is repaired BEFORE closing. Once you close, that whole idea of they will make repairs after you move in is not true. If you find something you didn’t catch in the walk thru. We have a closet that gets as hot as it is outside and as cold as it is outside because of a lack of insulation. For our house that was built. They said they would repair it and never did, we now have to pay money $1300 - $2700+ to add insulation so that the closet is usable. I tried to giv... read more
