Been doing handyman work in this area. Very nice inside of the two that I've seen. One hundred yards from the Cape Fear River.
They have nice homes.
Very kind staff. We went to an open house of theirs in Lillington and they were so educated and calm, not pushy, which we liked! They offer beautiful homes at a good price.
No one there. The office left unattended. I am an agent and leaving an office full of buyers info is a sign of easy no work agent waiting around for the next commission.
