Buyer Beware – Adams Homes I had a buyer under an executed contract with Adams Homes, and two weeks before closing the builder attempted to increase the sales price by $13,000 due to their own mistake. Despite the contract being fully executed, Adams Homes showed no willingness to honor the original agreement. The agent for this seller "Nick" is an absolute jerk! He never answered the phone or returns calls. And when you finally reach him, he so rude! We actually moved to another builder because of him. Buyers i know stated they receivedthe wrong doors and the cabinets weren't built y'all enough to fit the fridge. Nick said there is nothing they can do as it is too far into the build.
