This business is a scam. We spent almost $14,000 with them on a new heat pump and never received a receipt or warranty information. We’ve also never been able to get anyone to answer the phone to ask for these items. When we used them, we saw only 5 star reviews, which I now believe to be fake. Will be reporting them, but wanted to warn others.
Be careful with this company my entire experience has ended up feeling like I got royally scammed. They even removed their contact info and they have stopped taking calls from the service company they shove down your throat on install day. Find someone else.
Very busy, especially with the recent weather. Had to go the weekend without heat working, but did have a couple of portable heaters, so I was fine. Came out Monday morning, corrected the problem, cost very reasonable, technician knowledgeable and will be using this company in the future.

Adams Heating & Air Conditioning has the most competent employees. The technicians that come out to the house are extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the systems. We had to have both the heating/AC units as well as the heat pumps replaced. The customer service that we have received from Adams Heating & Air Conditioning regarding the installation of these systems was outstanding. I highly recommend this company for your heating/AC needs.
