Definitely won't be beaten by anyone on gold prices. Also often has alot of option on gold/ silver jewellery.
Been into Adams on & off over the past few years and found them to be fine, pretty helpful & patient when browsing. Often it's busy so may have to wait a while but with these prices it's worth it. Seem like fair price to buy & sell and I would continue to be happy to do both. If you are happy to buy second hand then you can't beat Adams. Personally, they were also helpful when I returned something, which if I am honest didn't think they would be.

I took a 18k gold omega seamaster to sell the gentleman offered me £200 to buy I was shocked!!! I said do you realise it’s 18k solid gold he replied YES!! I went in to another jewellers on the high street prior to him and they offered me £1200. When I didn't accept the £200 from him he was very rude. Avoid this person he’s a SCAMMER!!! I did wonder why there wasn’t any customers in the shop and he was standing there doing nothing now I know why!!.
