Honest, fair, and kind! We have brake issues with our 2001 Buick and Jeff came out to bleed the system for us. That didn't fix the issue, so he looked around and did research on the proper repair. He followed up same day with full notes and photos and let us know that it was something out of his scope of work. We very much appreciate the honesty and him truly trying to help us out with our situation. He will be our first call for any future car issues!

Jeff was spectacular. Very communicative throughout the process and was able to fit us in to his tight schedule within a couple of days. The negative side terminal of our battery hook up needed to be replaced. The repair took less than an hour and the car is working great.
Very courteous interaction when requesting a quote. Took the time to ask me relevant questions and answered mine. Wish they could have helped me but will keep them in mind for the future.
Jeff will always be honest and upfront with you. Will simplify the repair for you so that you clearly understand what's going on and what needs fixed. He will keep cost at a minimum for you by repairing only what's needed at that time and will recommend others that can wait. Very respectful man and takes care of you fast. Someone that if you start using you will never want to use a shop agian.
