I have booked this company a couple of times in recent months, only to be cancelled at the last minute. For the first attempt at an appointment, I was advised, on very short notice, that the person due had hurt his back so couldn't come that day, but would probably be fine in a day or so, which of course he wasn't. Very Disappointed I do not write reviews, but I feel compelled in this instance as I was so incredibly disappointed with the Adams Gale engineer who visited my property following a problem with my boiler. The Adams Gale engineer was not at my property for more than 4/5 minutes when he was trying to leave. His diagnostics of the problem was lazy and insufficient. I even tried to delay his departure by asking questions about the operation of the boiler, but this only delayed his escape to the door for a few more minutes. I was... read more

We've used Adams Gale twice now, the first was to carryout an inspection of a new properties central heating as the energy usage was to high (we didn't trust the building company to address) and they reduced the bill by 33%. The second time we could smell gas from the exhaust of a boiler (again we didn't trust the builder contractor to address), they prioritised us and resolved the cause. We have already placed further work with them.
