Great customer service. However, don't be fooled by the titles and prices. Bought a car listed as "great condition, low KMs, winter tires included, clean title", priced at $8k+. Within the first few months, the car required over $5000 in repairs, with additional repairs quoted at over $1600+. Winter wheels were on rims with the incorrect bolt pattern for the vehicle, and one of the tires had to be replaced due to sidewall damage.
