Our neighbors had a fence installed, and Adam’s fencing busted our gas line and fixed it immediately that day. A week later, we noticed that our irrigation line had been busted as well, which is in close proximity to the gas line. When we called to talk to someone, their response was a voice memo saying that per the contract, they don’t fix broken irrigation lines. However, we didn’t have a contract with the company. We are just the neighbors.
Years ago we enclosed two sections of our property with white pvc fencing. One run of fencing along the side and one across the back of our property. We left one side open to allow us to easily get access to our elderly neighbors. When our neighbors sold their home I called Adams and Rubin to install the remaining sections and fully enclose our property. I was in need of fence repair. Contacted three companies. The first quoted an unbelievably high price. The second company did not even get back to me. Robin from Adams and Rubin came out and was very knowledgeable and helpful. As it turns out, my handyman was able to do all the repairs and paint. When I am in the market for a new fence again, Adams and Rubin hands-down gets my business!!
Received three quotes for vinyl fencing. Adams & Rubin were the only one to contact me to check back in after the estimate to see if I had any questions, etc. To me that said alot. I am SO glad I used them for my fence. From start to finish everything went perfectly smooth. I highly recommend them and would used them again. The fence looks amazing!
The worst experience one could imagine.. unreal took over 9 months to finish a simple job. Then the worst workmanship ever. Stay away from these frauds. Ask me you won't believe me how poor they really are.
