Came to visit friend. I wear a mask when going around any type of hospital/rehab. I also wear gloves when touching anything that multiple people have touched. Signed in, using glove. 3 women at the front desk, 1 of them told me I couldn't wear my 1 glove through the facility. Naturally I asked why. This lady told me it was due to infectious control??? I said what, but ok whatever. I asked her could I open the door with the glove, she looked at me crazy and asked was it ok if she opened the door. Sure, meanwhile she still loo... read more
This is a great facility that provides wonderful care!
I just tried to talk with someone from this facility at about 6:50 pm today about a patient receiving food that was delivered to her this evening. I was met with a strong attitude and rudeness. This person should NOT be working in patient care. I will be calling the supervisor tomorrow to report this.
Love the staff, my mom has been here twice and they always take great care of her and the place is very clean
Worst place to work at ! Love the residents I feel bad for them !
