Caring staff and vets. My kitties are nervous so Dr. Janet takes her time to inspect each kitty bit carefully from under the comfort and security of their blanket.
1st time pet parent and Dr. Tan was amazing explained everything in great details had lots of questions and she was great answering everything.
Can't say enough good things about this facility. Especially Nurse Ali, and Dr. Borgmann. When 2 other vets gave up on my puppy, they went the extra mile to give us a chance. I really appreciate how much they truly care for theor patients.
