Great company! Very accommodating and knowledgeable, as well as very friendly and trustworthy! Second time using them for a business sign, and will refer anyone looking to purchase a new sign!
Worst experience EVER dealing with a sign company. From the sales guy to the secretary to the head of design. They waited until my sign was finished to apply for a sign permit. Not only applied for the wrong permit but the application lacked drawings to show how the sign was to be installed so they were turned down. I was told it was a process and I would just have to wait. I paid 1/2 down beginning of August. Was told installation would be beginning of September. The owner or anyone that cares will not talk to me.
Easy to work with. Understand your needs. When we have issues with the signs, we always count on Adams signs
Tech showed up to fix board sign, according to them spent 4 hours, which not true, didn’t work the following morning, called them; Rick said will fix and take care of it, still not working and the bill me for a $1000 which we paid,,,
Easy place to deliver, and they have a quality product, and a great group of guys
