Thanks to all the personnel who worked long hours on July 4 and beyond. Fox Hill Road outage was handled swiftly to restore our power. These crews are definitely professionals. Thanks again.
Last year, we had a transformer go bad at 2 in the morning. They had it replaced and the electric on by 330am. This year the farmer hit an electric pole and knocked it down. They were here within a half hour on a Saturday to shut off power to it and reconnect the lines skipping that pole. They came first thing Minday and replaced the pole and connected the electrical lines to it. If you've ever had West Penn Power, you would know how amazing that is.
Called customer service to update my account. Then asked a simple question (because I was diagnosed with cancer): if I should pass away can a family member pay on my account. The rep said; “This conversation is inappropriate I’m hanging up now.” I’m sorry what did I say wrong? *CLICK*
Complete garbage customer service, I think her name was Gracie or something along those lines. Find a new career. You were never meant to speak to humans.
