Very nice people and very thorough with their work
Hello Adams. A review of the AC repair done today by Matt N was requested. First - the good. I called today. Matt N fixed our AC today & it's working well now. Next, the bad. We've had AC issues through out the summer with different technicians out here. Today I watched the work. Lots of incorrect & sloppy work had been done previously, & at least two dangerous situations were present. The cooling fan had broken free from the fan hub. We are very satisfied with Adams. Tech Brett again did a great job with the challenges of a Victorian Era house. He is very courteous, patient, and competent. We always learn something from him!
