My water heater evidently rusted through and flooded my basement. I called Adams D&R and man were they there in no time and completely took care of everything. I had a complete mess and when they were done, my basement looked way better than before. I would recommend them to anyone who has any flooding issues and I'm guessing they do great with any disaster type issues.

Never had a worse experience with customer service and the inability for this company to follow up on anything is eye opening. The total amount of time it took from the demo to restoration took over 4 months. No one ever calls from this company to follow up. I was calling weekly to get any sort of update and every time is “we’ll have someone call you to give you an update” which literally never happened. Not once. Beyond happy got to my house and started right away on my water damage couldn’t have asked for someone better  that’s impossible I definitely recommend them

I defiantly recommend them to do all your damage work I am verry happy with them did not take long to get to my house started putting equipment in while doing the claim very fast and hard working I recommend top the fullest
