Pleasant and helpful in courthouse. However, parking is ridiculous, had to park on Middle St at a meter and ended up getting a $40. ticket; ONLY $25. if paid within 7 days. 1st time in Gettysburg in over 6 years, got my quarters ready before exiting car but found out can't use change, have to pay by phone but when calling the # on the meter recording said I didn't have an account and couldn't pay by phone.
