This is an outstanding family-owned & operated company. They replaced my condo’s 4 windows and sliding patio door. In the office, James and Sheena managed my multiple orders with accuracy and their timely communication made planning and payment easy. They did a great job on installing and fixing a couple window panes. They lost a star on this review by not calling me when windows arrived in the warehouse.
Very happy, Ken arrived and installed my windows. He called before he arrived to let us know exactly when he would arrive. He informed me throughout the process of how things were going and explained the process which I found helpful. He protected my carpet and was conscientious about leaving the space as it was before he got here. He did a real nice job installing them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I will definitely call them for future needs.
We called the company, and within 45 minutes they arrived and repaired our back door at an incredibly reasonable cost. The men helping were very polite and personable. By far the best customer service we have ever received. I would refer this company to all of my friends and family. Very impressed!
