They came out the same day I called before a long holiday weekend. The gentleman immediately recognized what the problem was and fixed it. He was professional and patient with my children who kept trying to be in the middle of the action. I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention it here. I’m truly so grateful.

Great customer service. The lady on the phone was very nice and responsive. They came out the same day and got our issue fixed quickly. Everyone we dealt with was very nice.
I want to express how grateful I am for this company! I have been without hot water for almost a week! This place was literally the 5th place I had reached out to! I myself tried several times to relight the pilot light on my hot water heater with no success! After being put off by 4 different places I called Adams & Cooper and they had someone out the same day! I will never call anyone else again! Thank you to the two technicians that were sent out!
