I wouldn’t hire Stan to install a roof on a dog house. His personal skills combined with his poor carpentry skills are at par if best. He installed a roof on my new home and didn’t replace the skylight kits. The skylights are currently pouring in water and his response… I didn’t guarantee the work with the original homeowner so I will not fix it. Personally, I would fix the roof if it were my customer.
