Great customer service and helpful with any questions I had on setting up service
Very inconvenient to deal with. Nothing about the process is streamlined. You have to speak with one person, who leaves a message for another person, who calls you back at another time. Then, if they can schedule what you want it gets scheduled. If not, you have to go through the entire process again, once you pick another date with the customer you are trying to schedule work for.
There are 2 MD's in Beaver Dam, someone in the corporate office decided to remodel both of them a the same time, reducing service to drive through only. I went to Culver's instead. I'm glad I did.
