Have had nothing but issues with this HOA. Destroyed flowers I planted with my own money twice and didn't reimburse me for it. Now trying to charge me for my trash can being out because it never got picked up after labor day. Never take up issues I report like my bushes in the back not being trimmed for months now. Yet as soon as a single 'rule' is broken they are quick to pin a charge. Can't wait to get away from them
