NEVER USE THIS FIRM! They surveyed my property incorrectly which caused significant issues and they tried to cover it up by moving markets without telling me. Dan Clark is crooked and I'd never trust them for even the simplest surveying needs. The company never stepped up to make it right with their significant mistake. They are obviously in financial distress.
We went through this company and the quoted $4300.00 to do the four corners and show the two new parcels. However, they dont follow through with what they said and came back and said to separate the two parcels it will cost another $4000.00! So I don't recommend this company to anyone!
