They don’t do everything they say they do on the sheet they give you and everytime I come the price has gone up
It's a good place never usually have to wait for oil changes and the service department gets you in fairly quick and the lady at the counter was very friendly.
My fiancés 2024 Chevy duramax diesel truck transmission went twice in a row, first transmission was replaced at 10,000 km and now a second time at 50,000 kms on extended warranty and service was horrible they won’t offer him a loaner vehicle even after multiple tries they keep telling him it’s up to him to figure it out even though this falls under his trucks warranty. Usually great service, the young crew there is lacking today. After my oil change, the workers didn't bother to check my lights, signals, stuff they usually do. Just checked off the boxes on the paper and let me drive away.
Great friendly staff; however, I went in for an oil drain plug and it ended up being almost 40$ for that thing, not to mention the part was already used and covered in motor oil, so definitely not as new as they claimed. So if you want gm parts, definitely avoid the dealership and just find another place that sells it.
