Usually great service, the young crew there is lacking today. After my oil change, the workers didn't bother to check my lights, signals, stuff they usually do. Just checked off the boxes on the paper and let me drive away.
Great friendly staff; however, I went in for an oil drain plug and it ended up being almost 40$ for that thing, not to mention the part was already used and covered in motor oil, so definitely not as new as they claimed. So if you want gm parts, definitely avoid the dealership and just find another place that sells it.
Hayden Clark was our salesman. He is a very kind, non pushy and knowledgeable guy. I’d highly recommend this friendly guy if you are in the market for a vehicle.
The process to get a new car was somewhat smooth and after they offered us 9000 for our old Buick after saying the car had a collision the tires needed changing, that there was multiple dents on the car that needed fixing, and a check engine light; We were told that the car was maybe worth 11-13 after they fixed all the issues so we felt maybe that price was fair with the condition of the car.
