I made an appointment with him, texted him the day before he was to arrive, and moved all my furniture to make it easier him. Then he just didn’t show. No call, no text…wouldn’t answer my call or text. Not sure what happened and if he had an emergency and let me know, I would have been fine. Never been ghosted by a service business before. Weird.
Adam was a no show. No call. No response to my call. Not a good look for your business, Adam.

Didn’t show up! Didn’t call. Very unprofessional on the phone. Told my house manager that I didn’t tell him that I wanted pet stain services and was extremely rude to him. Don’t waste your time.
Thought I’d never be able to rescue the old carpets in my house but he put in the work to get every patch spotless. Even got rid of 30 years worth of traffic on white carpeted stairs! Really knows his stuff and on his own corrected what multiple teams from other bigger cleaners failed to catch or extract. Also gave good product tips on what to use in case of future messes to ensure quick, easy fixes.
