Staff was friendly, but I dropped my truck off to have one of my battery connections changed and my truck sat for a week with nothing done to it and no communication. Everytime I called they said they just didn’t have the time to even bring it in to the shop. Seriously disappointing to have put trust into a dealership and all I got out of it was a week without my truck. Won’t be back and will buy new vehicles elsewhere.
Booked my truck in on Monday Oct 20 to have a pinion seal replaced. Booked for Friday to ensure parts would be in. Dropped the truck Thursday afternoon so they would have it for the 8:00 am appointment Friday and everything seemed ok. I hadn’t heard anything by 4:00 pm so I called and after a long time on hold I was told that the parts hadn’t arrived.
