Absolutely brilliant. Car was exactly as described when I came to collect. Initially I enquired after setting up an Autotrader alert, and within the day of the advert going live, I secured the car and paid the deposit. Both Matthew and John were great to deal with and courteous and polite when I met them. Car was presented immaculately, and a quick lesson in the controls, setting up the phone, etc, before my long journey home. Shame they are not on my doorstep otherwise I would use them again.

Excellent service from Adams Brothers. Matthew and John were so kind and helpful. They made my whole experience of buying a used car very enjoyable. They went above and beyond every step of the way, and even sourced and fitted a CD player for me. They are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I drove away beaming, happy and confident with my new car.

I purchased a new Isuzu from this company and the service was excellent while I was preparing to spend £50K, but as soon as the money changed hands, the support vanished. I couldn’t source a Steel Edition locally, so I looked further afield and settled on this dealer after negotiating a price. The pickup was delayed only because I ordered a specific canopy.
