Called about a crossmember. Told me it was $150 upfront but refused to let me see it. Couldn’t physically look at it or even see a picture of it. They got angry and hung up when I mentioned my concern buying a structural part unseen due to possible rust conditions. I called back and asked if it at least is the crossmember with the sway bar mounts (since I’m unable to look at it). Then they told me the won’t sell me the part and hung up again. Baffling customer service.
