This is what banks should be like. Friendly, efficient, and caring. I had a check from the Federal Government that had my old business name and my personal name on it. Nobody would cash it because of the old business name. Liz greeted me when I came in and said she would take care of it. She dug into their old files and identified our business. I opened the bank account and a few days later I went to put a paper check on my account, they said they have to hold it for 9 business days so I wouldn't get my money for almost 2 weeks. I have direct deposit and still haven't seen my money for that. I will be closing my account. They are holding over 3k of my money that I cant touch and now I will end up paying late fees on all my bills.
