My initial call back around the end of July, a lady by the name of Ms. Lisa answered and was very helpful and I advised her that once I got my items ready I would go on line and check for the size storage I wanted. Well on yesterday I did just that however I have a few additional questions before I complete the online rental. Here is my complaint: 1. Call twice on 9/4/2025; left messages both times. 2. I am changing my rating to 5 stars, excellent facility and excellent customer service. A few snags that were unavoidable in the beginning, I recant my original review, this place is perfect.
Very clean storage! Secure code to enter building adds another level of security. Good location, good prices. Military, along with other discounts, makes it more affordable.
This place is convenient to everything in Montgomery. Love the fact it's climate controlled, secure access, and multiple different sizes of units to use if business grows. Great customer service too!
