I've been living at Adams Avenue Flats for over half a year now, and it's been a great experience. The location is fantastic, right in downtown Montgomery, which makes everything so convenient. The atmosphere here is peaceful, and the service has always been excellent. The staff are friendly and always willing to help with any concerns. As long as I live in Montgomery, Adams Avenue Flats will continue to be my top choice for a place to call home!
Pros: Need a code to enter the courtyard. Gated parking lot. Water included in rent. Lots of space for single person. Pretty safe-ish area. I felt comfortable walking around downtown around 11PM. Cons: old building - if you live on the first floor, good luck. You can hear the top floor squeaking when the person is walking. It gets really annoying and you can’t sleep well sometimes because the squeaking is so loud. Maintenance can take either 1 week to fix your issue or 3 months.
