Stopped in for a diagnosis today and got a thorough and professional breakdown of what the possibilities could be. Most of all they didn't try to sell me on all the repairs I may not need and were VERY reasonable on the ones I may need. I definitely see why everyone kept referring me to them!
John stood behind his word and did exactly what he told me he would do. I went to John after being recommended by several people and he told me to just let him know if anything doesn't seem right after he fixed my transmission and he would make it right. Sure enough I had an issue come back up. He did exactly what he told me he would do and ran back through the whole transmission again without any questions and fixed the issue, did not make me pay a dime.
