If I could leave 0 out of 5 stars I would. The lady is very rude and unprofessional. When trying to talk she cuts you off and is dismissive. Very bad service overall.
Not nice. Humiliated and turned away by the owner, after hiring triple a to tow and drop me there. An hour later I had to hire triple a to tow me back out....in the rain and dark with a puppy, and under threat of him calling the police on me
I called and asked the receptionist do they work on volvo. She replied we don't work on German vehicles. So quick to say no. Volvo is a Swedish vehicle.
