Excellent service at completely fair pricing. They are not going to sell you something you don’t need - unlike some local dealerships. I got a quote to repair my van at a local dealer: $3100. Adams repaired the problem for under $150.

I want to address a frustrating experience I had recently. I went in for an oil change on Monday and received a text message suggesting I needed new cabin and engine air filters. I declined that service, as I can handle it myself for a cost of $104.79. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that not only were the "dirty" filters not in the vehicle, but my coolant was still low, and the washer solvent wasn't filled either, despite being charged for it and seeing it marked as checked and filled on the invoice. Took them a tire to dismount and mount. Ended up costing me $40. If I wanted it balanced it would have been another $4. I called auto tech in McHenry, it was $20 to dismount, mount and balance. I also called discount tire in McHenry, it was $28 to dismount, mount and balance. That will be the last time I use Adams for anything.
I have a Lifted Ram which I purchased at a dealership after having the dealer look at what was wrong with my truck for months which I drove to dealership for them to tell me it won't start now I never had problems with the truck only engine light on so I didn't think twice I got my truck over to Adam's Automotive they do a great inspection and in a couple days I got my truck back I was very Happy ! The do Great work
