RecommendedI knew I needed to have my rotors replaced, with all the shaking my van was doing when I would brake. I brought it in around ten and they were done by 2:30 (before school was out)! They were even able to pick me up from Town & Country and I didn’t have to wait very long. My van drives like new again! Thank you for being ready to take care of my vehicle at any time and for the very fair price.
Had a battery problem one day this week and they worked with my schedule and had me all set by end of day. Great experience.
Excellent service. The waiting room was pleasant. The set up enabled me to bring my laptop and get some work done while I wait. There was a desk, phone chargers, wifi, etc. Staff was great to work with. Window panes from the waiting area lets me watch the technician work on my vehicle. Their oil change comes with tire rotation. I would have been charged extra with other providers.
We are so glad to have found Adams Automotive to service our family's vehicles. They are not necessarily the least expensive shop in town, but they do a good job at a reasonable price and they stand behind their work!
We've used Adams for 3 years with all 3 of our cars. And, we use them for EVERYTHING!! I love how they top off my oil for free until I can get in for a "real" oil-change. Or, look at my tire if my sensor goes off or I'm low on air. They're a one-stop shop with inspections also. What I appreciate most was just recently we decided we needed 4 new tires on our BMW. Amazing place. Reliable, fast, and honest what else can you ask for? Been going there for about 4-5 and have NEVER been disappointed. Quality at its best, management and staff are great, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend them.
