1stly… who is Adam? (Not vital) After far too many calls to find a safety inspection appointment that was 2-4weeks (or more) out. The guy answering the phone says tomorrow at 8am. I’m not a morning person (at all) “YES,I’ll take it.” I did arrive late, thankfully was no issue! Rick is an honest guy who does great work, quickly, at reasonable prices. We have trusted him with our vehicle repairs since 2000 and my in-laws have been taking their cars to him for even longer. When we had overheating issues with a minivan the dealer recommended an entire system replacement for many hundreds of dollars. We took it to Adams and Rick came up with a much, MUCH less expensive solution which fixed the problem and saved us of a lot of time and money. Add me to those who have expressed their praises for Adams Auto Service, thanks to (owner-operator?) Rick. My car had developed a loud noise with dragging sensation occurring on all hard right turns. Rick test drove the car, and instantly surmised what was wrong: An issue concerning the brake caliper. (He brought the part to me and explained what was wrong, pointing out the tell-tale signs.
