I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. My vehicle initially failed the emissions test, so I was advised that a diagnostic would be performed for $150. I was informed that if the issue was identified, the diagnostic fee would be waived, and the necessary repairs could then be made. amazing mechanic shop helped me when I needed. They saved me from sleeping a 3rd night in Chicago in my car! They are very knowledgeable in their craft and honest people.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SHOP IN THE SOUTH SUBURBS. They pull prices out the air and can’t articulate why they’re charging what they charged. Went in with a check engine light that was causing me a headache. I’m very mechanically inclined, so for me go to a shop was embarrassing to say the least. I leave my car thinking they’ll solve what I couldn’t, needless to say I returned not only did they move my car from the rack they were working on it previously but they say it’s in the back.
