Completly incomeptent. the body work was amaturish at best. truly, students at penco tech do better paint work than this. i know cause i went there. The mechanical work? My cars were actually better before he attempted to fix them. He had one of my cars for 2 different days and more was broken on the car than when it went in. the car went in for airconditioning repair, new brakes, and new shocks. after having the car for two separate all day visits, all he manged to do was put on a set of pads. Take the naysayers with a grain of salt. Actually, take them with a whole shaker of salt. I have to say, it's a sad thing to see a customer get their friends to gang up and post multiple one-star reviews just to keep the ratings low. My experience thus far has been absolutely wonderful. I had an unanticipated complication with my car this morning, and I tell you, Jeff saw to it that I was taken care of *immediately,* and surpassed expectations and satisfaction enormously. I think Jeff is wonderful and all of you people who have reviewed him up to this point are really lousy for being so harsh and hateful. Sure Jeff can't do bodywork or fix an engine, but he's a great man with a likeness to Gandhi and/or Albert Einstein. Sure I have to take the bus to work every day because my car died in his shop, but he's a lover AND a best friend to all who know him.
GET AWAY NOW! This guy is the saddest excuse of a mechanic and businessman I've ever seen. Let me start off saying this, my truck is the workhorse of my business. when its out i'm not making any money. the frame is rotted out where the body mounts connect the cab to the frame. he told me he would cut off the bad mounts and weld new ones on as well as put new bushings in. I dropped it off Monday and he said it would be done Thursday. Thursday comes and he didn't even start it. so I call him Friday afternoon and he says your f... read more
I WISH I saw these reviews before I went to this scumbag. Got into an accident and needed a lot of body work done. Thought I got a deal but turned out horrible. It was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. The work done on the car was horrendous. I even had to take it to another mechanic to get the car fixed after. I even thought of suing this guy. THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE BUISNESS MAN YOU WANT TO MEET. HE WILL SELL YOU A LEMON AND TELL YOU IT RUNS GREAT..... DO NOT BUY A CAR OFF THIS JEFF ADAMS CHARACTER..... YOU WOULD GET A BETTER DEAL IF YOU BOUGHT LEMONADE FROM AN ACTUAL STAND..
This guy is a rip off artist. He likes to con people out of their money when he sells them a car and tells them that it is very reliable and that you won't have any problems with it.
