I took my taxes to Adams because of my mother's estate. I should have thrown up a red flag when Holly said she needed to do some research on the subject. I had everything she requested to her by mid March. over the next 5 months I would repeatedly call to get an update. IF I got a live body(answering machine has not worked correctly since I got it the first time I called) I was repeatedly promised a call back with an update or tell me that they would be done the following week. never once did the call back come. when I went ... read more
